Eligible Refund Conditions

  1. Non-Delivery: If you, as the customer, do not receive your order or only receive part of it, you have the option to request a cancellation and refund at any time. For the cancellation process, please refer to our cancellation policy.
  2. Product Description Mismatch: If the product you receive does not match the description provided, you are eligible for a refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

  1. Confirmation of Order Delivery: Once you have verified and confirmed the delivery of your order, refunds will not be granted.
  2. Transactions outside Gamer Choice Platform: Transactions conducted outside of the Gamer Choice platform are not covered by our refund policy.
  3. Dissatisfaction, Remorse, Mistaken Purchases: Refunds will not be issued due to customer dissatisfaction, remorse, mistakenly purchased items, or failure to escalate an issue within 72 hours. Additionally, refunds will not be provided if the customer's computer does not meet the minimum product requirements.
  4. Post-Delivery Amendments: Any amendments, modifications, updates, or other changes made to your account or its content by the game developer or publisher after the order has been delivered do not qualify for a refund.
  5. Liability Release: By making a purchase on the Gamer Choice platform, you acknowledge and accept our release of liability.
  6. Fraudulent Claims: Gamer Choice does not entertain fraudulent claims and reserves the right to take legal actions and permanently suspend customer accounts for such claims.


Confirmation of Order Delivery

Customers must confirm the receipt of their order only after verifying that the product received matches the product description and is in working condition. Confirming the delivery finalizes the transaction, and the payment is released to the seller. If no claims, issues, or complaints are raised within 72 hours of delivery, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchased goods and/or services, and refunds will not be granted.


Trading Dispute Resolution

In the event of a trading dispute, the customer has 72 hours to respond to Gamer Choice support requests for information and evidence. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the dispute being considered resolved and closed.


Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

All payment disputes and chargebacks are not covered by Gamer Choice. We will cease investigations and will not entertain refund requests in such scenarios.


Sale Contracts

All sale contracts are directly between the seller and the customer. While Gamer Choice may assist in the event of a dispute, we are not responsible or liable for sale contracts in any other manner.


Payment Processing Fee Refunds

For orders that have passed the verification stage, payment processing fees will not be refunded.


Refund Options

Customers may choose to receive a refund either in the form of Gamer Choice Store Credit or through the original payment method. Gamer Choice Store Credit can be used for future purchases.


Refund Processing Time

Once the seller accepts the cancellation request, your order status will change to canceled, and the funds will be in your balance. However, if the seller doesn't respond, the order is automatically canceled after 48 hours.


Product Category: License/Key Products

Responsibility for Loss or Damage

Gamer Choice does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to licensed products, nor for any losses or damages suffered by the owner of such licensed products as a result of loss or damage. It is essential for users to exercise caution and diligence in safeguarding their digital assets.


Refund Eligibility for Licensed Products

To qualify for a refund, licensed products must not have been downloaded from the customer's Gamer Choice account. In the context of digital goods, a licensed product is considered "downloaded" once it has been successfully delivered to the customer's Gamer Choice account. This distinction is important as it determines the refund eligibility.


Strict Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Policy

Given the intangible nature of licensed products and their unique digital characteristics, Gamer Choice adheres to a strict policy of non-refundability and non-exchangeability for these items. This policy ensures consistency and fairness in our approach to licensed products.


Product Category: Game Items

Game Developer / Game Publisher Policies

Purchasing in-game currency, boosting services, coaching, game accounts, or items with real money often goes against the terms and conditions set by game developers and publishers.


Risk of Penalties

Purchasing in-game products & game accounts through real money transactions may put your gaming experience at risk. In-game products & game accounts acquired in this manner may be subject to penalties, including being banned, suspended, blocked, or even reclaimed by the game developers or publishers.


Acceptance of Developer/Publisher Policies

By engaging in such transactions customers explicitly agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective game developer or game publisher's policy.


Gamer Choice's Limited Liability

Gamer Choice assumes no liability or responsibility for customers who violate the policies of game developers or game publishers. Any consequences arising from such violations, including account actions or penalties, are solely the responsibility of the customer.


No Order Cancellation or Refunds

It is essential to understand that once an order is completed, Gamer Choice cannot accept any responsibility for or entertain requests to cancel orders or issue refunds.


Return Policy

Finalization of Transactions

Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final, and no returns are possible.


In-Game Product Returns

Under no circumstances should you return in-game products, regardless of any reasons provided, even if the same character just traded with you. Returning products, especially at the request of others, can be associated with scams. You, as the user, are solely responsible for your actions if you decide to return items. We advise extreme caution in such situations.


One-Time Payment Policy

No Subscription Recurring

Gamer Choice does not offer any subscription-based or recurring services. All payments made to Gamer Choice are for one-time purchases only. This policy applies across all product categories.


Accurate Information Input

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during each purchase, including quantity, character name, server type, and any special notes for the seller. The final amount, including all applicable fees and taxes, will be clearly displayed on the website before proceeding to the payment page.


Review of Order Details

We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing their purchase to ensure accuracy. If the final amount appears incorrect, customers have the option to refrain from proceeding with the purchase.


Customer Responsibility

Gamer Choice assumes no liability for incorrect order details resulting from proven negligence or the provision of false or inaccurate information by the customer before finalizing their purchase. Such errors may lead to damages and losses for which the customer is responsible.


Cancellation Policy

Initiating a Cancellation Request

To request a cancellation, customers are required to click on the "Request Cancel" button and complete a cancellation form. This form includes providing the reason for cancellation. Gamer Choice will then process the cancellation request in accordance with the current order status.


Cancellation at the New Order Stage

When a customer initiates a new order, our system promptly notifies the seller via email and alerts. Should a customer decide to cancel the order at this initial stage, our automated system will swiftly process the cancellation request, followed by a prompt refund issuance.


Cancellation during Seller Preparation Stage

Customers receive a notification when the seller commences preparations for the order. This notification indicates that the seller has reviewed general delivery details (e.g., server name, quantity) excluding specific character IDs. Cancellation requests at this stage necessitate seller approval. If the seller does not take action within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel the order and initiate a refund.


Post-Delivery Confirmation

Subsequent to a successful delivery by the seller, the customer retains the option to confirm the order's delivery and release the funds to the seller. This can be accomplished by clicking "Confirm Delivery" on the order page. Failure to confirm the delivery within 3 days of the order's receipt will prompt the system to automatically confirm the delivery.
